In association with the MRM Global Honors Program, MRM Tokyo Awards recognize and reward the outstanding contributions to the company demonstrated by the Craftspeople working at MRM Tokyo.

1. The Better Together Award : 1 person The Better Together Award allows employees to nominate colleagues who embody the spirit of Better together and they live and demonstrate the ability, willingness and success of working as a team; collaborating, sharing, and holding themselves and others accountable to get stuff done.

2. Rising Star Award* : 1 person This is a junior level employee in the early stages of their career that is already rocking it.

3. Culture Award* : 1 person They’re regarded as a role model because they demonstrate integrity, openness, and trust.

4. Growth Award* : 1 person This person executes ideas or solutions that impact our business in a big way.

* 2-4 Winner selection will be done by MRM directors’ nomination and determined at the conference of directors and the representative.

One employee who received double-winning with Culture Award and Better Together Award this year, has been blessed from all the achievements so far with a lot of excitement in the award ceremony. MRM will continue to provide a good quality of work for our clients while enhancing each other among employees.
